We're looking for a Graphic Designer (6-month fixed-term contract) to develop and maintain Route One Group’s visual identity across digital, print, and video channels. This role supports all business units by creating engaging visual materials, updating and enhancing websites, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday (9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visuals for digital and print campaigns (social media, ads, presentations, brochures, signage).
• Create multimedia content for websites, including graphics, videos, and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing website layouts, navigation, and interactive features consistent with brand identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective brand experiences.
• Stay current with evolving design trends, technologies, and best practices across graphic, web, and video design.

Requirements

• At least 1 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Storyblok, HubSpot, Shopify, or similar).
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and user-centered design.
• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Interest in motion or 3D design is an advantage.
