We are looking for an experienced Change Manager SAP S/4HANA for a long-term, fully remote project.

• Language: German required for the interview and project

Must-have experience

• 5+ years of relevant Change Management experience
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation and rollout projects
• Strong experience with Change Management methodologies, particularly ADKAR / Prosci
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI, MM, SD and PP
• Experience defining and implementing change strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication experience
• Experience monitoring change adoption and managing resistance
• Experience with end-user training, including manuals, simulations and supporting materials
• Ability to run workshops and create guides, videos and FAQs
• Ability to communicate the business benefits of SAP S/4HANA to end users and stakeholders
• German language proficiency
