We are looking for a Senior Rust Developer with strong hands-on experience in cryptography and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) to join a project focused on institutional-grade tokenized asset platforms.

Location: EU-based candidates

Working model: Fully Remote

Must-have experience:

• Strong hands-on Rust development experience
• Practical experience coding against specific HSM hardware/vendors, such as Thales, IBM, Utimaco, Securosys, and/or CloudHSMs
• Strong knowledge of PKCS#11
• Experience designing and engineering cryptographic wallet technologies, particularly HSM-based solutions
• Understanding of what code can be executed directly on an HSM
• Experience with transaction signing using ECDSA, EdDSA and Schnorr
• Knowledge of cryptocurrencies and public blockchain technologies such as BTC, ETH and/or SOL
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices
• Relevant experience with institutional TradFi / tokenized asset platforms
• Ability to work as a pure Rust systems developer

Nice to have:

• Experience with MPC wallets
• Exposure to TradFi markets
• Azure / cloud development experience
• GitOps, CI/CD and Kubernetes experience
• Knowledge of DeFi, CeFi, staking, lending, ZK-rollups and related blockchain protocols
