Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Business Process Designer to work with our International Partners.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Online SharePoint-based company knowledge platform, creating solutions for different business departments, and implementing automation using Microsoft Power Automate, also implementing Power Apps and PowerBI.
This is a highly collaborative and business-facing role. You will work directly with managers and employees across departments to understand their needs, design appropriate solutions, implement them, and provide ongoing support.
what you will be doing:
SharePoint & Knowledge Management
- Manage, develop, and maintain the company's SharePoint environment
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and other components
- Develop structured knowledge bases for different departments
- Organize and improve information architecture, navigation, permissions, and content structure
- Ensure that company information is easy to find, maintain, and use
- Continuously improve the usability and functionality of the SharePoint platform
- Provide support for SharePoint-related issues
Power Automate
- Design, develop, and maintain automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Identify repetitive manual processes and propose opportunities for automation
- Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services and business applications
- Create approval workflows, notifications, data synchronization, document workflows, and other automated processes
- Monitor existing automations and troubleshoot issues when necessary
Power Apps
- Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
- Build simple and user-friendly applications based on business requirements
- Connect Power Apps to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and other data sources
- Improve existing applications based on feedback from business users
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with department managers and business users to understand their requirements
- Conduct meetings and discussions to identify business problems and potential solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Propose improvements to existing processes and workflows
- Independently manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Collect feedback from users and continuously improve implemented solutions
PowerBI
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Power BI and its integration with Excel and SharePoint
- Make minor adjustments to existing dashboards, reports, and data connections based on business requirements
- Monitor existing Power BI solutions and troubleshoot basic issues related to data connections, refreshes, and dashboard functionality
what we are looking for:
- Practical experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365
- Experience creating SharePoint sites, pages, lists, libraries, permissions, and navigation structures
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
- Practical experience developing automated workflows
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how its services integrate with each other
- Basic understanding of data structures, permissions, access management, and information architecture
- Ability to troubleshoot and independently resolve technical problems
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements
- Proactive approach
- Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users
- Fluent in English
