Philip Morris Sales & Marketing Ltd. on behalf of its partner, is looking for a Web Performance & SEO Executive.

Position Purpose

As Web Performance & SEO Executive, you will own PMI Moldova's websites, ensuring effective content deployment, quality assurance, optimization, and performance of web content and consumer journeys. You will adapt global initiatives to local business needs, coordinate website updates and launches, and drive continuous improvements through analytics, SEO best practices, and AI Optimization (AIO) recommendations to strengthen website discoverability across both traditional and AI-powered search environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management, governance, and performance of PMI Moldova's websites and 3rd party landing pages.
• Deploy, update, and quality-check website content in line with global standards and local requirements.
• Coordinate and execute website launches, campaign activations, and content updates, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
• Adapt and implement SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic, search visibility, and website performance.
• Monitor website performance through analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion.
• Ensure website content is accurate, compliant, up to date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Implement global AI Optimization (AIO) recommendations to improve content discoverability within AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Monitor analytics and search insights to identify opportunities for improving website visibility in AI-driven search experiences.

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, website optimization, and content management.
• Ability to adapt and execute global content, SEO, and AIO recommendations within local market realities.
• Knowledge of UX best practices and digital customer journeys.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website performance drivers.
• Interest and capability to implement AI Optimization (AIO) best practices and emerging search recommendations.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Fluent Romanian, Russian, and English, both written and spoken.

Experience Profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, website management, digital marketing, or related disciplines.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with CMS platforms and website publishing processes would be beneficial.
