Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Revenue Assurance Analyst to work with the International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Analyze alarms raised on the Platform Integrity cases
- Identify and report inconsistencies between platforms
- Identify and report revenue leakages
- Raise IT tickets to solve identified issues and follow up the respective cases resolutions
- Verify if Platform Integrity cases are raised on the scheduled dates
- Check if Platform Integrity cases have the expected number of alarms
- Analyze alarms on request for new/improved reconciliations
- Detect and report potential configuration errors
- Identify and report inconsistencies between platforms
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Assurance and IT teams
- Suggest possible enhancements on the existing controls
- Clear communication of progress on work items
- Understanding client demands and reacting promptly
- Ability to adapt and respond positively to changes
- Fulfils assigned tasks and striving to improve own performance
- Excellent organization skills and strive for efficiency in own activity
- Ability to share knowledge and to learn from others
- Analytical mind set and commercial awareness
- Ability to manipulate extra-large amount of data
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to stakeholders within the business
what we are looking for:
- Practical experience or/and higher economic education
- Understanding of Revenue Assurance processes
- Experience with Wedo RAID (Revenue Assurance tool)
- Deep understanding of telco business processes
- Experience in the consolidation and interpretation of complex data from many sources, and present meaningful insights in a compelling way
- Experience in the identification of trends and unusual factors in large data sources
- Database knowledge
- Proficiency in English, German nice to have
- Strong Excel (pivot table, formulas), Power Point, Access knowledge
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good IT literacy, competent and confident use of email and web applications
