Location: Chisinau, Moldova (Office-Based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Manage 6–8 Dry Van trucks
  
• Find and book profitable loads
  
• Build good relationships with freight brokers
  
• Negotiate freight rates
  
• Monitor drivers' HOS, appointments, and ETAs
  
• Solve load issues, delays, detention, TONU, and other operational problems
  
• Keep dispatch records up to date in the TMS
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of US Dry Van dispatch experience (1.5 years may be considered for exceptional candidates)
  
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills
  
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, TMS, and dispatch software
  
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
