Are you organized, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure? Join our team as a Weekend Dispatcher and play a key role in ensuring smooth transportation operations. You'll coordinate shipments, support drivers, and help deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor shipments and provide real-time updates.
• Deliver excellent customer support regarding shipment status and logistics.
• Coordinate truck movements and optimize delivery routes.
• Assign and manage loads based on schedules and capacity.
• Resolve transportation issues and unexpected delays.
• Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the trucking industry is an advantage (the training will be provided)
• English and Russian proficiency (B2 - C1).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Base salary: USD 500 net/month
Additional commission: If you are able to independently book and dispatch loads, you will receive commission of the gross revenue for each successfully booked load.
