We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our team in Chișinău.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and social media — someone who not only understands how platforms work, but can also film, edit, publish, and confidently appear on camera in English.

You’ll help plan, create, and manage engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, supporting brand growth and audience engagement through fun, authentic, and trend-aware content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media
• Film, edit, and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Speak confidently on camera in English for stories, reels, videos, and other formats
• Manage content calendars and support regular posting schedules
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts
• Track social media trends and apply relevant best practices in digital media
• Help grow the brand’s online presence and engagement through authentic content

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and/or social media management
• Ability to film and edit videos independently using a phone, camera, and/or editing software
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking in English
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, reels, stories, and short-form video formats
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good storytelling skills and an eye for engaging visual content
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time availability may also be considered
