The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of project activities, including:
Coordinate the implementation of project activities in line with project objectives, timeline and budget.
Ensure effective day-to-day management of project implementation and reporting.
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team and support effective collaboration among staff.
Organize meetings, consultations and mediation sessions with refugees, asylum seekers and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection to identify needs and facilitate appropriate solutions.
Ensure beneficiaries' access to services provided by CCR and facilitate referrals to relevant institutions and service providers.
Conduct regular monitoring visits to project locations across Moldova, including the Temporary Accommodation Centre, regional communities and educational institutions.
Maintain close cooperation with UNHCR, the General Inspectorate for Migration, local authorities and other national and international partners.
Participate in coordination meetings, case conferences and other inter-agency forums.
Prepare narrative and operational reports required under project agreements.
Support fundraising efforts and contribute to the development of new project proposals.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements, internal policies and applicable national legislation.
Perform additional duties related to refugee assistance and project implementation, as required.
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Higher education degree.
At least 2years of professional experience in project coordination, programme management or administration.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office and digital collaboration tools).
Fluency in Romanian, English and Russian (spoken and written).
Previous experience with humanitarian organizations, or NGOs represents a strong advantage.
