We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatcher Assistant / Logistics Coordinator to support our dispatch and operations team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficiency of daily trucking operations by supporting dispatchers, communicating with brokers, managing load information, and coordinating with drivers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support dispatchers in managing daily operations for a fleet of 15+ trucks
• Communicate with brokers by sending updates, requesting documents, and following up onlumper, detention, layover, and TONU payments
• Accurately build, update, and close loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Monitor load statuses and respond promptly to broker updates or operational changes
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Collect, verify, and submit all required paperwork(BOLs, PODs, etc.) to brokers in a timely manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in trucking or logistics (dispatch, tracking, operations, or fleet coordination preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with operational data
• Experience using TMS systems and load tracking tools is a strong advantage
• English level:B1+ or higher
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Work Conditions

• Full-time remote position
• Schedule: 1:00 PM–11:00 AM EEST (6:00 AM–4:00 PM CST) - Our schedule is synchronized with US business hours to ensure active communication with brokers and drivers.
