What You'll Be Doing

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients, delivering top-tier service at every touchpoint
• Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to closed deal, in a structured, results-driven environment
• Consult clients on complex itineraries and premium-class options, handling objections with confidence
• Manage your follow-up pipeline rigorously - timely callbacks are the foundation of repeat business
• Work in our internal systems (Unifire + ERP), keeping all client interactions accurately logged
• Collaborate with dedicated support teams - Concierge, Customer Service, QA, and aviation specialists - who handle the technical side so you can focus fully on the client

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English, strong verbal and written communication (B2 or above)
• Sales experience and a genuine drive to close deals
• Strong people skills: problem-solving, organisation, clear communication
• Ability to manage your time independently and take full ownership of results
• Readiness for a full-time, shift-based schedule with consistent presence throughout the week

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in travel or aviation
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Travel industry experience and knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution System).
