We're a young, ambitious, and growing team. We're looking for a Revit Specialist who can work independently and join us on a freelance basis, with the possibility of a long-term collaboration and future employment.
Key Responsibilities
BIM modeling and technical documentation in Revit (architecture and structures);
Create, develop, and coordinate BIM models throughout different project stages;
Update models in line with project requirements;
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to find the best technical solutions;
Review models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements;
Identify and resolve technical issues related to Revit models and BIM coordination;
Organize models so colleagues can understand them without extra investigation;
Help improve BIM workflows and standards.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline;
Practical experience using Revit (architecture and/or structures);
Good understanding of BIM principles and model coordination processes;
Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly, while collaborating effectively with a team;
Strong attention to detail and technical thinking;
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative;
English language skills are an advantage.
