Full-Stack Developer (Python + React + AI)
Location: In-house | Chișinău Type: Full-time

We're building SaaS products, internal tools, and e-commerce ecosystems for brands across Romania and the EU. Our main product is a multi-marketplace analytics platform (eMAG, Allegro, TikTok Shop, Shopify) used by e-commerce businesses in RO, BG, HU, and PL. We also run a creative agency with its own set of automation and integration projects.
We're not looking for someone who just executes tickets. We need someone who understands systems, thinks in products, and can ship end-to-end.

What you will do

• Build and maintain full-stack features across our SaaS platform and agency projects
• Develop FastAPI backends with async SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Celery/ARQ
• Build React + MUI interfaces — data-heavy dashboards, filters, analytics views
• Integrate marketplace APIs: eMAG, Allegro, TikTok Shop, Shopify (orders, products, ads, logistics)
• Build and maintain automation workflows (n8n, custom scripts, webhooks)
• Integrate AI features — LLM-powered tools, voice agents, AI-assisted workflows
• Work with AWS services (Amplify, Cognito, Lambda, Aurora Serverless)
• Fix bugs fast, improve system stability, and write code that scales

Requirements

• Strong Python skills — backend development, async patterns, REST API design
• JavaScript / TypeScript for frontend (React or similar modern framework)
• PostgreSQL — comfortable writing real queries, not just ORM calls
• Experience integrating third-party APIs (marketplaces, payments, logistics)
• Full-stack architecture mindset — you understand how the pieces connect
• Problem-solver, not just an executor — you can diagnose and own issues
• Can move fast and ship working software

Nice to have

• FastAPI (our primary backend framework)
• Shopify (Liquid, Admin API, custom apps)
• Marketplace API experience (eMAG, Allegro, TikTok Shop)
• AWS (Amplify, Lambda, Cognito, Aurora Serverless)
• Redis + Celery / ARQ (task queues, background jobs)
• n8n or similar automation platforms
• AI tools in daily workflow (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, ElevenLabs)
• Basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, environment management)
