M3Cargo is expanding its logistics operations!

We are strengthening our internal logistics team and looking for an experienced Logistic Coordinator who will manage LTL deliveries, coordinate transportation processes, and communicate daily with carriers, warehouses, drivers, and forwarding partners.

For more than 10 years, M3Cargo has been helping businesses across Europe import goods from China safely and efficiently. Today, we work with clients from different industries including retail, manufacturing, beauty, horeca, gyms, factories, and distribution companies.

Responsibilities

Stage 1: Preparation before container arrival

• Receive shipment stack from CRM
• Publish transportation requests on transport exchanges
• Search for the best transportation options based on pricing
• Add transportation rates into Zoho CRM

Stage 2: Coordination after container arrival

• Receive shipment requests from CRM
• Publish requests on transport exchanges
• Daily phone communication with carriers, forwarders, warehouses, and drivers
• Transfer shipment information to warehouse teams via email or WhatsApp groups

Stage 3: Delivery control and completion

• Receive loading confirmations from drivers/carriers
• Receive unloading confirmations
• Collect invoices, CMR documents, and transportation paperwork
• Monitor shipments until final unloading
• Request loading/unloading photos when necessary
• Coordinate self-pickup shipments
• Work with courier services such as Pallex and FedEx for smaller cargo shipments

Requirements

• Experience in LTL logistics is mandatory
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and transportation processes
• Experience working with transport exchanges
• Understanding of transportation pricing and market rates
• Ability to consolidate several shipments into one truck
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent Romanian language skills
• Russian or English for internal communication
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Work schedule

• Standard Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 (9:00) – 17:00 (18:00)
