At D.Group, we are developing landmark real estate projects across Europe, including the Wyndham Garden Bucharest Airport Hotel — a 4 stars international branded hotel next to one of the fastest-growing airports in the EU.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can take full ownership of the construction process and drive execution at the highest professional level.

Your Mission

• Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects — from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project ownership: planning, execution, and delivery
• Coordination of General Contractor, consultants, and subcontractors* Budget control & cost optimization (CapEx management)
• Tendering process: structuring, launching, and evaluating bids
• Schedule management & tracking construction progress
• Qualitycontrol aligned with international hotel standards
• Risk management and problem-solving on-site* Reporting directly to top management and investors

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in construction project management* Proven track record delivering large-scale projects (hotels / residential / mixed-use)
• Strong expertise in cost control, tendering, and contracts
• Experience working with international standards or brands is a plus* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure environments
• Fluent
• English (Romanian/Russian is a plus)
