Responsible for building and scaling commercial and marketing partnerships to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with accelerators, VC firms, consulting companies, HR tech providers, and other strategic partners
- Develop lead-generation channels through referrals, co-selling, and partnership initiatives
- Expand marketing partnerships through podcasts, webinars, events, publications, and media collaborations
- Track partnership performance and identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and align with market needs
Profile:
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B environments is a plus
