Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience managing affiliate programs as a manager or team lead
- Experience in OTA, airline sales, or travel-related industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CPA models, and attribution principles
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (CJ, FlexOffers are a strong plus)
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and draw actionable conclusions (report creation is not required)
- Confident conversational English for daily communication with international partners
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to maximize partner performance and build win-win relationships
- Knowledge of compliance standards, brand safety, and affiliate best practices
Key Contributions:
- Grow affiliate channel profitability with a clear focus on profit, qualified leads, and new connected affiliates as core KPIs
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new high-quality affiliate partners aligned with company goals
- Optimize partner performance through continuous testing, negotiation, and relationship management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key strategic affiliates
- Provide clear performance insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business strategy
- Participate in international industry exhibitions and conferences 2–4 times per year (all business trips are fully covered)
