Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Reporting Analyst to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Leverage your analytical skills to interpret customer experience data, uncover patterns, and identify actionable insights that drive business decisions
- Report & Dashboard Development: Build impactful reports and dashboards that highlight key customer experience metrics and trends. Use tools like Excel, ThoughtSpot, Power BI, or other relevant platforms to deliver clear and engaging visualizations
- Data Visualization: Present complex datasets in a concise and visually compelling way. Design interactive dashboards that empower stakeholders to explore data and extract insights independently
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather reporting requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, and translate data into strategic recommendations. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
what we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in report building, data analysis, and collaborating with business stakeholders to support data-driven decision making — this is a must-have
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, ThoughtSpot)
- Advanced Excel skills and solid SQL knowledge
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and support business objectives
- Familiarity with customer service operations and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and sharp attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible with a professional attitude
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for supporting stakeholders and delivering value through data
