We are Free VPN Planet — a product IT company building a fast, secure, and privacy-first VPN service trusted by millions of users worldwide. As we scale our presence across international markets, we’re looking for a structured and proactive specialist to run our digital distribution and influencer partnerships across multiple platforms.

• Distributing the product through software portals and review platforms by managing accounts, uploading builds, and keeping all product information current (descriptions, screenshots, changelogs, download links)
• Maintaining and expanding the existing database of placement sites, identifying new relevant directories and platforms
• Communicating with portal administrators, site editors, and webmasters to secure and maintain product listings
• Drafting technical briefs for guest post content, coordinating with copywriters, and reviewing final materials for quality and accuracy
• Analyzing link donors using Ahrefs (traffic, spam score, content relevance, domain authority)
• Monitoring ratings and moderating user comments on pages featuring the product
• Collaborating closely with the SEO and content teams to align messaging and distribution priorities
• Researching and identifying relevant channels on Telegram and other channels, and YouTube creators aligned with our product and target audiences
• Managing the full deal cycle with influencers: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and publication
• Tracking placement results and evaluating campaign performance against agreed KPIs
• Maintaining a structured CRM of active and prospective partners
• Applying AI tools and agents to streamline workflows, optimize time to market, and improve research efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with SaaS, mobile apps, or IT products is a strong plus
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital content, outreach, linkbuilding, influencer marketing
• Practical experience with Ahrefs or similar SEO/analytics tools
• Passion for routine automation with AI, familiarity with AI-assisted workflows (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
• English proficiency at B2 level
• Confident working with spreadsheets and structured databases for tracking and reporting
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple placements simultaneously without dropping the ball
• Comfortable working with HubStaff time-tracker
