Supply Chain Specialist

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to manage the end-to-end flow of our products, from forecasting and procurement to production, logistics, and inventory across global markets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, and smooth coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment centers.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong understanding of inventory planning and management, and a passion for continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Demand Planning & Forecasting: Own and continuously adjust demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing based on trends, campaigns, and market changes
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels across channels, balancing availability and efficiency, while monitoring turnover and stock health
• Supplier Management: Build strong supplier relationships, track performance, and proactively resolve issues related to quality and delivery
• Procurement & Order Management: Manage purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely, accurate procurement aligned with demand and production needs
• Production Planning & Coordination: Translate forecasts into production plans and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Logistics & Distribution Management: Oversee global distribution to Amazon, TikTok, Walmart and Emag fulfillment centers, manage freight operations, and ensure timely, compliant deliveries
• Risk Management & Optimization: Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvements in cost, efficiency, and reliability

Requirements and skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain management, and logistics, preferably in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry trends
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and import/export processes
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
