Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with hands-on Salesforce experience to support quality assurance efforts across a complex ecosystem centered on Salesforce Service Cloud. The role involves validating integrations with Sitecore, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and Cerner, as well as testing existing modules such as Contact Center and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations
- Validate end-to-end workflows across integrated systems (Sitecore, EDW, Cerner)
- Perform functional, integration and regression testing
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements traceability
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Participate in release planning, sprint ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in software QA and testing
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Proven experience configuring or coding within Salesforce (e.g., flows, validation rules, Apex, or similar)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking
- Experience testing system integrations and data flows
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Contact Center and/or Talent Acquisition modules in CRM
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (e.g., Cerner) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
