Who we are
RuleInside is an AI startup that builds and operates voice AI agents for e-commerce businesses in Italy, Spain and the US. Our agents handle sales calls, customer support and cart recovery — fully managed by us, 24/7, without clients touching a single setting.
We are opening our operations in Chisinau and building our first local team. You will be among the first people to join us on the ground.
The role
You own all external communication for RuleInside — website copy, blog, social media, email sequences, AI video content, visual assets and client documentation. You work in-person with the founder at iHub, using Claude AI, AI video, and Wordpress CMS tools as your main production stack.
What you'll do
Copy & Content
- Website copy: services, pricing, about, FAQ, microcopy
- Blog articles: how-to guides, case studies, thought leadership
- Email sequences: onboarding, nurturing, sales, re-engagement
- Weekly newsletter
- LinkedIn and Facebook posts
- Ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns
- Landing pages for specific campaigns
- Lead magnets: PDF guides, checklists
AI Video Production
- Create short-form and long-form video using AI tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut or similar)
- Script writing for YouTube, LinkedIn video posts and Instagram Reels
- AI avatar videos for product demos, explainers and client onboarding
- Video editing: cuts, captions, transitions, music, branding — from raw output to publish-ready
- Manage the end-to-end video pipeline: from brief and script to final published asset
- Repurpose written content into video format across channels
- Stay current with new AI video tools and bring new formats to the table
Social Media & Community
- Daily posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- Responding to comments and DMs
- Proactive engagement with prospects and clients
- Scheduling, publishing and monitoring brand mentions
Visual Design (Canva)
- Social media graphics and carousels
- Infographics, ad banners, PDF layouts
- Email templates, presentation slides and video thumbnails
Technical Documentation
- Client onboarding and setup guides
- Knowledge base articles, FAQs and troubleshooting content
SEO & Analytics
- Keyword research and on-page SEO
- Monthly content performance report
- A/B testing across formats, subject lines and CTAs
- Content calendar planning
How you work
You use AI as your production engine — not just for text, but for video too:
- You define the strategy, outline and prompts
- Claude generates the written draft / HeyGen or Opus Clips generates the video
- You edit, polish and align everything to brand voice
- You publish, track results and propose what to do next
You are not a manual writer or traditional video editor. You are an AI-powered content operator who knows how to get great output from the right tools.
Requirements
Experience
- 1+ years in content creation, copywriting or social media management
- Experience working with SaaS or tech companies — B2B preferred
- Portfolio with at least 3–5 B2B examples
- At least one long-term collaboration (6+ months with the same company)
Tools
- Claude AI or similar LLM — advanced daily use, not occasional
- AI video tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, CapCut or equivalent — hands-on experience required
- Canva intermediate/advanced — brand kits and templates, not just basic presets
- Basic SEO knowledge (keyword research, on-page optimization)
- Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite — you can read and interpret a dashboard
- Email marketing platform (Brevo, Mailchimp or similar) a plus
Who you are
- Fluent English — written and spoken (most content is in English, this is non-negotiable)
- Italian preferred — written and spoken (a significant plus for client-facing content)
- Serious and committed — you treat this as a professional engagement, not a side project
- Proactive — you propose ideas, you don't wait for instructions on everything
- Fast learner — our product is technical and you'll pick it up quickly
- Detail-oriented — quality and consistency matter to you
- Organized — you handle multiple content formats in parallel without dropping the ball
Practical details
- Location: iHub Coworking, Chisinau (in-person/hybrid, daily)
- Salary: $900/month (~16,500 MDL), paid fortnightly
- Salary review: Every 6 months based on performance and commitment
- Contract: Monthly, ongoing
- Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule
- Start: As soon as possible
