We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy ICT Product Owner to drive our B2B ICT solutions portfolio. The role involves owning the complete product lifecycle from technical roadmap definition through development and commercial launch - while bridging engineering and business teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric products that achieve revenue targets and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap and backlog for ICT solutions with direct P&L accountability
- Define technical requirements and acceptance criteria and coordinate product initiatives across Sales,
- Technical/IT, Finance, and Legal teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development efforts based on customer value and ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-3 years proven experience in product management, product ownership, or solutions engineering within B2B IT/telecom sector
- Fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
