We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy ICT Product Owner to drive our B2B ICT solutions portfolio. The role involves owning the complete product lifecycle from technical roadmap definition through development and commercial launch - while bridging engineering and business teams to deliver innovative, customer-centric products that achieve revenue targets and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap and backlog for ICT solutions and telecom connectivity services with direct P&L accountability
- Define technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, and Technical teams
- Coordinate product initiatives across Engineering, Sales, Technical/IT, Finance, and Legal teams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize development efforts based on customer value and ROI
- Develop comprehensive business cases, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for ICT products
- Define communication strategies, brief creative teams for product launches, and manage content updates across digital channels
- Create compelling value propositions based on technical capabilities, integration benefits, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related technical field (MBA preferred)
- 3-5 years proven experience in product management, technical product ownership, or solutions engineering within B2B IT/telecom sector
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, APIs, system integration, and telecom connectivity technologies
- Proficiency in technical documentation and specification writing for engineering teams
- Fluent in Romanian, English, and Russian (written and verbal)
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
