Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in UX/UI design for both web and mobile applications across multiple languages and localized contexts.
• Demonstrated track record of improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall user experience through data-driven design decisions.
• Proven ability to balance a primary focus on product design with impactful communication design, including advertising creatives, marketing assets, and brand projects.
• Hands-on experience designing and conducting experiments, such as A/B testing and user research, to validate user flows and interface elements.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, with an exceptional level of expertise in Figma.
• Proven ability to effectively leverage AI tools and automation to enhance performance, optimize workflows, and support data‑driven decisions.
• Exceptional skill in formulating design hypotheses, test and validate them effectively.
• Strategic design leadership skills aimed at ensuring visual and functional consistency across both product features and user acquisition campaigns.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to align design strategies and collaborate effectively across product, marketing, business, and development teams.
• Previous background working in highly dynamic, fast-paced markets such as technology, gaming etc.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English proficiency.
