CIVO TRADE MARKET SRL is expanding its procurement direction for projects and public tenders and is looking for a proactive Buyer who can efficiently work with local and international suppliers. We are seeking a well-organized professional with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

About the Company

CIVO TRADE MARKET operates in projects for public institutions such as schools, kindergartens, high schools, and municipalities. We are actively developing the public procurement segment and collaborate with suppliers from Moldova, EU countries,Turkey, China, and other countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and select local and international suppliers
• Request, analyze, and compare commercial offers
• Negotiate prices and contract terms
• Place orders and track delivery timelines
• Work closely with the Tender Manager to prepare competitive bids
• Coordinate with the Logistics Manager on deliveries, imports, and customs procedures
• Manage a wide range of product categories for projects and tenders

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement / buying
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Basic knowledge of import and customs procedures
• Romanian and Russian — mandatory
• English — minimum B2 level (spoken negotiation level required)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Experience in public procurement / tenders is a plus
