We are seeking a Swiss Payroll Specialist in Chisinau to serve as the point of contact for our clients in Switzerland and deliver high-quality service.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for Swiss clients by coordinating daily activities and deliverables
- Manage payroll calendars while tracking client requests and deadlines
- Assist and monitor workflows related to new hires and leavers to ensure accuracy
- Support reconciliation and basic accountancy customizations
- Provide basic consultancy and guidance related to Swiss payroll processes and primary Swiss labor law topics
- Participate in client handover meetings and support operational queries
- Analyze and resolve routine payroll, system, or process-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration (Swiss payroll experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of Swiss payroll legislation and labor law
- English required; French is a plus
