We are seeking a Swiss Payroll Specialist in Chisinau to serve as the point of contact for our clients in Switzerland and deliver high-quality service.

What You'll Do: 

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for Swiss clients by coordinating daily activities and deliverables
• Manage payroll calendars while tracking client requests and deadlines 
• Assist and monitor workflows related to new hires and leavers to ensure accuracy 
• Support reconciliation and basic accountancy customizations 
• Provide basic consultancy and guidance related to Swiss payroll processes and primary Swiss labor law topics 
• Participate in client handover meetings and support operational queries 
• Analyze and resolve routine payroll, system, or process-related issues 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and continuous improvement 

What We’re Looking For: 

• 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration (Swiss payroll experience preferred) 
• Solid understanding of Swiss payroll legislation and labor law 
• English required; French is a plus
