Project Overview 

 We are looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery across three established teams operating in Logistics, Stock Management, and HealthTech. You will work in an agile environment where you will lead both people and the process of product delivery. This means serving as the primary bridge between customers, senior stakeholders, and internal leadership, while investing time in understanding each customer's business domain so that the solutions your teams build drive meaningful outcomes. 

A defining responsibility of this role is establishing and evolving a DONE Master standard, one that applies not just to software delivery, but to how people are managed and how processes are run. This becomes the benchmark that keeps quality consistent, delivery predictable, and value tangible across all three teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multiple teams and long-term engagements, building and executing delivery roadmaps aligned with product strategy and customer objectives. 
• Lead teams toward high maturity in self-organization, ownership, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of learning and psychological safety. 
• Drive adaptive and outcome-focused planning, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and delivery capacity, ensuring consistent application of Agile principles and quality standards. 
• Ensure a shared understanding of business goals, customer value, delivery priorities, roles, and responsibilities across all levels and cross-functional teams. 
• Act as a trusted delivery partner for customers and senior stakeholders, promoting transparency in delivery status, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while proactively identifying and removing impediments. 
• Establish and continuously improve delivery metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights. 
• Lead people management responsibilities, including performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution. 

Mandatory Requirements 

• Extensive experience in delivery leadership, project management, or product-oriented environments. 
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models) and scaling practices. 
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and navigate ambiguity. 
• Demonstrated success in people leadership, including performance management and talent development. 
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without formal authority. 
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. 
• Proven experience in building and executing delivery and project roadmaps. 
• Advanced ability to define, analyze, and interpret delivery metrics, focusing on outcomes rather than outputs. 
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira. 

Nice to Have 

• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe-related certifications). 
• Exposure to scaled Agile environments or multi-team delivery setups. 
• Domain knowledge in Logistics, Stock Management, or HealthTech. 
• Experience working in client-facing or consultancy environments.
