Are you an expert in building relationships and building long-term customer loyalty? BST Affiliates is hiring Retention Specialists to manage our top international clients. We offer the best conditions in Romania for specialists who know how to keep customers active and satisfied.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Knowledge of UNEIA of the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French, Dutch or English.
Industry Experience: Minimum 1 month specific experience in financial markets
Expertise: Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex client portfolios.
Location: Currently residing in Romania and willing to relocate (At company expense. We accept both locals and foreign citizens).

Salary: Starting from €2,000 (Negotiable based on previous results and skills).
