כישורי שפה:
- שליטה ב-אחת מהשפות הבאות: איטלקית, פורטוגזית, גרמנית, ספרדית, צרפתית, הולנדית או אנגלית
- ניסיון בתעשייה: לפחות חודש אחד של ניסיון בתעשיית השווקים הפיננסיים (מפוקחים או לא מפוקחים)
- מיקום: על המועמד להתגורר כיום בישראל (מקומיים וזרים כאחד יתקבלו בברכה)
- מנטליות: גישת "צייד" (Hunter) עם דחף לעמוד ביעדים ולסגור עסקאות
