Media Buyer / Performance Marketer | In-house | Chisinau (Moldova)

We run growth for Romanian ecommerce brands.
Budgets range from 5k to 100k EUR/month depending on client.
You will work with a dedicated AI content team (high creative volume).
You won’t be “boosting posts”. You will run a testing system. What you will do

• Launch and manage campaigns on Meta + TikTok + Google (focus depends on your strengths)
• Build a weekly testing plan (creative-first, fast iterations)
• Coordinate with our creative team: briefs, hooks, angles, variants
• Setup/verify tracking basics (pixel/events), and troubleshoot issues
• Weekly reporting (clear + actionable): what won, what lost, what next
• Work with Strategist on offers, landing page feedback, and scaling rules

Launch included
You’ll be part of store launches:

• tracking checklist before launch
• first-week testing sprint after launch
• stabilize CPA/ROAS and scale winners

Requirements

• You understand performance marketing fundamentals (not just buttons)
• You can explain how you test creatives and make decisions
• You are disciplined: naming, structure, reporting, weekly cadence
• You can handle multiple clients without chaos

Nice to have

• Ecommerce experience
• Google Shopping / Search experience
• Strong creative judgment (hooks, UGC, angles)
• Basic CRO understanding
