About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and growth-oriented Marketing & Community Promotion Specialist to help us expand the visibility and impact of our ecosystem. If you enjoy building communities, creating engaging content, testing ideas, and turning strategy into action, this role might be for you.

What You’ll Do

 Marketing Strategy

• Lead monthly marketing planning and adjust strategies based on business needs;
• Propose and test new initiatives that support growth and visibility.

 Content Creation

• Create and edit photo & video content (including reels and visuals for social media)
• Write, schedule, and publish content aligned with our brand voice
  

 Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our social media channels
• Engage actively with our community (messages, comments, conversations)
  

 Digital Advertising

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Analyze performance and continuously improve results
  

 Website & Conversions

• Coordinate landing page updates and improvements
  Optimize calls-to-action to increase conversions
  

 Organic Growth & Partnerships

• Collect reviews and testimonials
• Coordinate blog content
• Build visibility partnerships
• Collaborate with local creators and influencers
  

 Reporting

• Prepare monthly performance reports
• Track KPIs and provide strategic recommendations
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups or creative hubs
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Analytics skills (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
