The Role
You’ll focus on outbound B2B sales, building long-term relationships with architectural and design studios.
What you’ll do:
- Call architects & designers in the UK
- Introduce Selection Works as a trusted kitchen supplier / backup option
- Speak with decision-makers and understand project needs
- Book follow-ups and intro calls
- Keep CRM notes clean and accurate
This is consultative B2B sales.
Not retail. Not showroom. Not pushy.
What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Experience in B2B sales (construction / interiors / kitchens is a plus)
- Confident, clear spoken English
- Comfortable with outbound calls
- Organized, consistent, reliable
Nice-to-have:
- UK construction or interiors experience
- Understanding how architectural studios work
- CRM experience
- Background in kitchens / joinery / fit-out

- Showroom work
- Aggressive or pushy selling
