At Orange Moldova we are looking for a Mobile Product & Offer Expert passionate about marketing and data, who can turn insights into competitive offers, coordinate cross‑functional launch activities, and monitor performance to maximize customer lifetime value.
what you’ll be doing:
- ensure business analysis and project management activities for the launch of new products and offers.
- propose and develop innovative, data-based value propositions for targeting customer acquisition and customer lifetime value increase for postpaid market segment.
- utilize data to identify and proactively anticipate customers specific needs/preferences/behaviors for more effective marketing actions.
- elaborate the business plans for new customer value propositions and closely monitor performance against key metrics to ensure successful implementation and/or in life adjustment to improve results.
- coordinate Go-To-Market activities with all functional departments.
- elaborate communication briefings and coordinate communication materials for marketing actions.
- provide technical specifications and coordinate development mechanisms for new offers.
what we are looking for:
- at least 2-4 years of professional experience in Project and/or Product Management, experience in Marketing or Telecommunications would be a plus.
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- proficiency in Romanian, Russian and English.
