About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data analyst to support our supplier management activities. The role involves working extensively with CRM systems, maintaining data accuracy, preparing recurring reports, and ensuring proper database security access for internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and verify data within the CRM system.
- Process supplier records, including validations, transfers.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates of supplier information.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports using data extracted from the CRM/COGNOS.
- Work with Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, charts, data tables, and conditional formulas.
- Analyze system alerts (e.g., incorrectly assigned suppliers), identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
- Oversee access management for the supplier database within the CRM.
- Verify, approve, and grant access rights to buyers and other CRM users based on procurement team requirements.
- Comply with the department’s rules;
- Other analyses that may arise during the activity, and extracting data based on specific criteria.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Excel (tables, formulas, reports).
- English (B2+) is required; French very nice to have;
- Experience working with Outlook, Zoom or other tools are mandatory.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SAP or other CRM systems is a plus.
