Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent for roles in IT, engineering, manufacturing, finance, marketing, and more.
• Make high-volume outbound calls to build relationships with candidates.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates preselected by our sourcing team.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Work closely with US-based Account Managers to match candidates to open roles.
• Maintain clear communication and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

You will need:

• Good communication skills . Most of your day is going to be spent communicating — as such, the better you can demonstrate your ability to listen, explain different roles, negotiate, the better results you will get.  
• A high degree of self-motivation . Our job is about making a lot of calls but then deciding that you're going to make one more call and find a good quality candidate. 
• A competitive drive . If you have a fire that's fueled you to compete in sports, sales or in any other goal-oriented area, this may be a good job for you. 
• Drive to meet goals . You have a get-up-and-go attitude and a will to achieve your objectives and metrics.
