We are now seeking a highly independent, proactive, and driven individual to join our team as a Client Solutions Associate in a hybrid role based in Chișinău. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow quickly into a Project Manager / Account Manager role within a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.

About the role

As a Client Solutions Associate at RightAngle, you will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of global industries, including Information Technologies, Financial Services, Pharma and Biotech, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, and more.

You will be responsible for expanding our network of experts, assessing their relevance to client needs, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and contributing to the commercial success of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill time-sensitive research requests for RightAngle clients, including analyzing client requirements, shortlisting topic experts, and calling candidates to qualify their knowledge;
• Cultivate a strong understanding of core industries in the area to enhance project and service quality;
• Establish robust client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.

Requirements

• University degree
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Additional language skills are a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and multitasking
• Assertive and proactive attitude
• Inquisitive mindset, quick learner, and adept at delivering rapid results
• Successful sales or recruitment experience is an advantage

Additional Information

This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Moldova, with the ability to work from the office daily during the training period and at least two days per week afterward.

This is an entry-to-mid-level role, not a managerial position.
