PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Our customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking for Manual Quality Assurance Senior Engineer for project that pertains to the marketing and sales area. The goal of the project is analyzing, predicting and optimizing of revenue growth management.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design test plans, documents and test cases
• Test different elements of Web front-end and back-end
• Review functional requirements
• Risk management.
• Defect tracking.
• Monitoring and enforcing all processes and procedures for testing (e.g. build and environment availability).
• Implement and execute manual tests for new features as well as regression
• Perform different types of testing: 
• Functional and non-functional testing based on requirements.
• System testing, Integration testing.
• Documentation review
• Work closely with development to isolate, record, and track issues
• Communicate project and testing status to stakeholders
• Review documentation
• Be ready to assist Automation QA with maintenance and execution of existing automated tests
• Be technical mentor for less experienced team members

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• 5 + years of commercial experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Deep understanding of core testing processes
• Experience in creating test cases, test design
• Experience in using of test management tool(s)
• Experience in test planning and estimating
• Knowledge of bug tracking tool(s) and process 
• Understanding web-application and browser functioning principles
• Understanding of client-server architecture and communication principles
• Experience in Frontend Web applications testing
• Experience in API testing
• Experience of work in Agile environments
• University Degree in Computer Related Sciences
• Good English and communication skill

Would be a plus:

• Experience in automation testing with Python
