European Solidarity Corps long-term project aimed at helping the local youth, in which ten long-term international volunteers would work together to open ten youth centres in the neighbourhoods of Timisoara.Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Planning and activating activities aimed at local youth, regarding human rights, equality, solidarity and casual free time events;
* Doing community engagement to get the opinions of locals regarding their needs and how our project can help, public polling;
* Planning every month, together with other long-term volunteers, the stay and experience of the short-term volunteers, which were changing every month (e.g. induction training, non-stop assistance, leading when needed etc.);
* Working on marketing materials for the project and meetings on how to promote it effectively;
* Working in an intercultural team, with regular meetings and brainstorming on making the project better.
The primary language used in the day to day work was English.
