Customs Agent / Customs Clearance Specialist

Обязанности:

Manage and process customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring full compliance with EU regulatory requirements
Prepare and submit customs declarations (import, export, and transit), ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Work with TARBEL (Belgian tariff system) for product classification, tariff measures, and applicable restrictions
Verify and prepare complete documentation packages for customs clearance (Commercial Invoice, CMR, B/L, AWB)
Communicate with customs authorities and external partners to resolve clearance issues and discrepancies
Calculate and analyze service costs related to customs clearance, contributing to pricing accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of operations
Monitor shipment data, perform validations, and generate reports using Excel and internal systems
Identify discrepancies in documentation and take corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders
Maintain high accuracy in data entry and processing of large volumes of operational information
