Living in Moldova with my family, I wish I could use and enhances all my skills here.
What is important is to find a work life balance between work and my family.
I speak french (native), english (fluent), and I am learning romanian (for 2 years) and spanish.
My previous experiences in real estate services (management, valuation, daily life), construction, tourism, security (4 mainly) could be strongly usefull for a company. A company tat respects its employees and offers professional challenges. Accomplishing a great job is also a target of mine.

Managing real estate assets, particularly condominiumsUpdate tenant information
Responding to requests and complaints from co-owners and/or tenants
Manage the maintenance or repair work of the property
Handling and processing service requests
Fill in activity monitoring media (management software in particular) and transmit the information to the department concerned
Control the compliance of the work carried out by subcontractors and/or service providers
Draw up annual prevention plans
Visit buildings and visit tenants
Search for subcontractors, suppliers, partners and draw up specifications
• Ensure legal management:
Prepare draft resolutions and hold general meetings of condominiums
Draw up the minutes of the general meetings and send them to the owners

Establish quarterly/annual activity reports: monitoring of interventions, monitoring of expenditures, monitoring of energy consumption, monitoring of regulatory controls, monitoring of works.

Carry out audits on the dedicated assets in real estate software and take them into account to recommend GR / GE work accordingly and plan them to constitute a multi-year investment plan
Service provider management: quality control, contract compliance and reopening of competition
Develop, approve and apply prevention plans
Collaborate on the eve of the compliance of buildings with respect to technical regulations
Relationship management, owners, trustee and PM
Front office users (awareness, information session, request management)
Organization of security visits to new arrivals
Design, drafting and distribution of institutional guidelines
