Обязанности:
Develops a purchasing strategy;Reviews and processes purchase orders;
Manages other members of the purchasing team;
Maintains records of goods ordered and received;
Negotiates prices and contracts with suppliers;
Builds and maintains relationships with vendors.
Handle all Import & Export process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.);
Check draft PIB and prepared PIB payment.
Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import/ export file;
Communication and coordinating with exporter related documentation and shipment schedule;
Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents;
Familiar communicate with customers;
Do the local goods importation and exportation declaration;
Create and payment journal.
