• Acquire new B2B customers and grow existing accounts
  
• Lead contract negotiations and manage bid creation
  
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored commercial offers
  
• Plan and optimize sales activities to boost performance
  
• Support supplier negotiations and collaborate across teams
  
• Present sales strategies to management
  

What you bring:

• Experience in B2B sales
  
• Commercial training or a business/technical degree
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-focus
  
• Independent, proactive, and highly motivated
  
• Romanian, Russian and English language skills
