 e’ve recently started testing influencer partnerships across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube, and we’re now looking for someone who can help us scale these efforts, strengthen creator relationships, and drive consistent performance through influencer-led campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead influencer sourcing efforts across Youtube, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant platforms to expand Plantifique’s creator network and increase brand visibility.
  
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve our influencer database by verifying contacts, evaluating activity, and ensuring accurate categorization.
  
• Manage outbound and inbound outreach, negotiate collaboration terms, and close influencer partnerships aligned with campaign goals and audience fit.
  
• Nurture long-term relationships with influencers in the beauty and skincare space, ensuring consistent communication and partnership loyalty.
  
• Monitor, track, and report on influencer performance, providing weekly insights and recommendations to optimize ROI and scale top-performing creators.
  
• Audit existing creator relationships, identify inactive or low-performing profiles, and refine the roster accordingly.
  
• Support broader marketing initiatives by identifying creators suited for product launches, TikTok Shop pushes, and seasonal campaigns.
  
• Research industry trends, platform updates, emerging creators, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain an up-to-date media radar.
  
• Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc creator-related tasks and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
  
• Stay current on best practices in influencer marketing, content formats, platform algorithms, and the beauty/skincare creator landscape.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
• 2+ years overall marketing experience.
• Proven experience across the full influencer pipeline: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, campaign setup, and performance evaluation.
• Ability to independently manage budgets and optimize for ROI.
• Solid understanding of Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and emerging platforms.
• Passion for digital marketing; beauty industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Analytics is an advantage.
• Analytical, with the ability  to interpret key influencer and campaign metrics (engagement, views, ROI, GMV, etc.) and turn insights into actions.
• Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong English proficiency (B2-C1).
