As an Automation QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify, document, and track defects while helping to maintain and improve our testing processes.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute test plans and cases based on project requirements. 
• Identify and document defects, collaborating with developers for resolution. 
• Conduct regression testing to ensure code changes don't introduce new issues. 
• Assist in creating and maintaining automated test scripts. 
• Set up and configure test environments as needed. 
• Monitor and report on test progress and quality metrics. 
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a QA, with an emphasis on Automation. 
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices, functional/non-functional testing. 
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and test scripts, good knowledge of all related configurations (test plans, cases, scenarios, bugs). 
• Experience working in Agile Teams.
• Experience in using project management tools such as JIRA/Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge and understanding of STLC & SDLC. 
• Exposure to automation tooling for both API and UI testing.
• Experience with QA Automation tools (e.g., WebdriverIO).
  
• Familiarity with API testing: Swagger, Postman.
• Experience with any TMS: QASE, TestRail, etc.
• Strong knowledge of source control tools, like GIT.
• Web and mobile testing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent English level (B2 and upper level), with a strong ability to write documentation, descriptions, etc. 

Advantageous to have: 

• ISTQB certification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with a coding language, ideally JavaScript.
• Ability to work with logs and write synthetic tests inside Datadog.
