Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director who will be responsible for the construction and launch of new production facilities, as well as their future technical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the construction of a poultry farm and an egg processing plant, ensuring project execution from the initial phase to full operation.
• Developing and controlling the implementation of the technical strategy for construction and facility maintenance.
• Managing relationships with contractors, equipment suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Optimizing construction and production processes, implementing modern technologies and energy-efficient solutions.
• Organizing the technical maintenance of buildings, production equipment, and engineering systems after launch.
• Ensuring compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Building and managing technical teams.

Our Expectations from the Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Technical Director, Construction Project Manager, or Chief Engineer (at least 5  years).
• Strong understanding of construction processes and technologies in the industrial sector.
• Experience in large-scale construction or production projects (experience in agribusiness or food production is a plus).
• Knowledge of modern automation systems, engineering networks, and energy solutions.
• Ability to work with contractors, negotiate contracts, and control budgets.
• Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and responsibility.
