What You’ll Do:
- Reach out to potential clients and present our services
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries in real time
- Collaborate with our dispatching team (who will manage transport operations)
- Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure competitive offers
- Report activities and results regularly
What We’re Looking For:
- Advanced English (C1 level – spoken & written)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales or customer support (required)
- Knowledge of the U.S. logistics market and pricing (a plus)
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented personality
