We are currently seeking a Data Operations & Optimization Coordinator to join our team in Chisinau, Moldova! In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of our data parsers and optimizing related processes. You will collaborate closely with IT specialists and data managers to monitor parser performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements. Your work will directly contribute to efficient data flows and the overall success of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track the performance of data parsers, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
• Identify, document, and escalate issues to relevant teams, following through until resolution.
• Test, validate, and approve new parsers prior to deployment, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Analyze data parsing and manual entry processes to detect inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Propose and support process enhancements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and data flow consistency.
• Serve as the primary liaison between IT specialists and data managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, issues, resolutions, and improvements.
• Train and support data managers on updated parsing processes, providing clear guidance and resources.

Your competencies:

• Good command of English language.
• University’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Understanding of automation/web data extraction.
• Very good online research and computer skills (JIRA, Linux, Microsoft Office).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work between technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
