Job title: HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring that Plantifique attracts and retains exceptional talent, supports employees throughout their journey with us, and keeps our office running smoothly. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, oversee HR operations, and manage the day-to-day functioning of our Chisinau office, ensuring an engaging and productive work environment for our employees. In this position, you will work closely with leadership to shape our people strategy, maintain an outstanding employee experience, and ensure smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment & talent acquisition:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all open positions, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Develop and update job descriptions to attract top talent
  • Post vacancies across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates through professional networks and social media
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies, ensuring clear communication on requirements, timelines, and candidate feedback
  • Screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive applicant experience
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of hiring processes

HR operations & employee engagement:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, NDAs, and other HR documentation
  • Manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure timely updates to relevant documentation
  • Organize and facilitate team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition programs to foster employee engagement
  • Conduct regular employee feedback initiatives and help develop action plans to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Support performance review cycles and assist managers in employee development planning

Office & administrative management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chisinau office, ensuring it is well-equipped, safe, and welcoming
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts
  • Act as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries and needs
  • Coordinate logistics for company events, quarterly Town Hall meetings, and other corporate gatherings
  • Update and maintain the organizational chart and internal contact lists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or office management (experience in a growing or international company is a plus)
  • Experience working with external recruitment agencies is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently while being a strong team player
