JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Providing professional support to clients applying for visas
• Accurate and efficient processing of documentation
• Offering up-to-date and accurate information regarding visas, passports, and related procedures
• Keeping clients informed throughout the entire process
• Coordinating with colleagues to ensure timely and accurate application handling
• Updating and maintaining internal databases

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in the local language (Romanian and/or Russian)
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Professional and responsible approach to work
• Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Fixed-term employment contract for a period of 12 months (with a 1-month probation period)
